Our Policy is Simple. If its OUR bad, WE got your shipping covered! If its YOUR bad, we will be glad to help, but you pay the shipping.

Our return and exchange policy is fairly straight forward. If we messed up, and sent you the wrong item or a defective item, we will cover the return costs. If you ordered the wrong product or wrong size and need an exchange/return, then the return shipping will be your responsibility.

Limited time: Since our business is fairly new, and we want to do the best for you guys. If you followed the size chart, ordered the correct size, but the sizing was still wrong, we would be happy to help cover exchange shipping. All you have to do, is attach a photo of you measuring your waist to your return request, with the numbers clearly showing your waist size.

IMPORTANT: WE WILL ONLY cover returns/exchanges via USPS PRIORITY (or similar). NOT EXPRESS. You may ship express, but we will only credited the amount for priority mail (or similar).

Return Process:

  1. Request a return by navigating to your “account
  2. Then pressing on “orders“. Find the order that you wish to exchange, and lick on “return/exchange
  3. Select the Items to Return
  4. You can fill out the form without shipping information.
    1. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for a refund, and it is recommended to submit the request with information on the problem prior to shipping it back.
    2. If applicable, Please submit a photo of the damaged product with the form
    3. Return Shipping Policy

      1. Return a manufacturing related defective item, within 30 days, unused. WE will pay shipping.

      2. Return of a functional product, YOU will pay shipping.

    4. Exchange Shipping Policy

      • We sent you the wrong size, WE will pay the shipping.

      • You ordered the wrong size, YOU will pay the shipping.

  5. If we are paying your return shipping, wait a few days and you will find a return shipping label for you to print out for free. If you are required to pay shipping per our policy, go ahead and ship it right away. Enter the information on the form. PO Box 54463 Jacksonville, FL 32245
    1. Return to the order panel and fill the  the shipping method and tracking number.
    • Return to your order panel to pay the shipping of your NEW item to get back to you. Once again, this part only applies if you goofed, if we are the ones who messed up, no need to do this.

We recommend you get USPS priority shipping which has $100 insurance incase it goes missing. It is up to you, however, as long as we get the product. This is our default shipping method, and arrives by 1-3 business days in the US.


Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, and shipments back to us must be post marked by the date you receive the product, signified by the shipping receipt. Any defective, unused products, in original packaging will be returned. We cannot accept a used product return due to sanitation concerns.

All items are inspected prior to shipping, and any items with gross obvious damage caused by the customer will not be refunded. Manufacturing errors include instances such as stitching pulled apart on first use of a correctly sized product etc.
